What is one thing that everyone has that no one wants? Stress. Stress doesn’t just make unproductive and ruin your day. There are serious physical effects. Stress causes Muscle Tension, leading to common ailments like lower back pain or neck tension and headaches.
Chronic stress can trigger inflammation and cause breathing problems. Individuals with chronic stress also live with an elevated heart rate and constricted blood circulation. Stress also causes your HPA axis to malfunction, the system responsible for regulating hormones. This will cause you to be less resilient to stress, and lower your immune system, leaving you susceptible to sickness.
